EchoPoint/CSW was founded by mortgage, real estate, legal and accounting professionals with over 100 years combined experience.  At EchoPoint/CSW, home loans are all we do--so, that’s all you’ll hear about from us. We offer a broad variety of loan programs to assist our customers, but we don't offer any other financial products of services they don’t want or need. We are exceptionally experienced, resourceful and efficient professionals with only one thing in mind—-doing things right the first time. 

  Karis Adam, Founder (info@cswhomeloan.com), is a Certified Public Accountant with 30 years experience assisting individuals, estates, trusts and businesses with their accounting and tax needs.

  David Sacks, Founder (dsacks@cswhomeloan.com), is a licensed Texas Mortgage Broker & Real Estate Salesman with 25 years experience helping companies like UG, RTC, FDIC, Merrill Lynch, Beal Bank, Peat Marwick, Kenneth Leventhal and National Mortgage.

  Steve Robinson, C.O.O. (srobinson@cswhomeloan.com), is a licensed Texas Loan Officer with 15 years management experience in the lending arms of Fortune 500 concerns such as Lennar Homes and Meritage, in addition to tenure with his own successful mortgage company.

        Jim Clutts, Jr., Founder/President (jclutts@cswhomeloan.com), is a Martindale-Hubble® AV-rated Attorney and licensed Loan Officer with 25 years experience in real estate finance, troubled loans, banking, debtors’ rights and construction.

  Raymond Rinn (rrinn@cswhomeloan.com), who is also an MBA candidate, has served companies such as as TexasLending.com and Countrywide, and is known for his consultative approach, wealth of knowledge and resourcefulness in the context of assisting customers and real estate professionals alike.

 Randall W. Patterson (rpatterson@cswhomeloan.com) is mutilingual, and speaks Spanish, and posesses an abundance of knowledge with which he is able to assist customers with new loans, refinances and reverse mortgages.
